What is ShotDay?
ShotDay is an all-in-one companion app for GLP-1 medication users (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Saxenda). Track injections, fasting, weight, protein intake, and Zone 2 exercise in one place.
How do I log my injection?
Go to the Home tab and tap the injection card. Select your medication, dosage step, and injection site. ShotDay will track your schedule and show a D-day countdown to your next dose.
Does ShotDay replace medical advice?
No. ShotDay is a tracking tool only. Always follow your doctor's instructions regarding medication dosage, schedule, and side effects.
Features
How does the fasting timer work?
Choose a preset (16:8, 18:6, or 20:4) or set a custom window. The timer runs in the background and sends notifications when your fasting or eating window starts/ends.
How is my protein goal calculated?
ShotDay calculates your daily protein goal as your body weight multiplied by 1.5g. This helps prevent muscle loss during weight management.
What is Zone 2 monitoring?
Zone 2 exercise is moderate-intensity cardio that maximizes fat burning. ShotDay reads real-time heart rate from Apple Health or Health Connect to help you stay in the optimal zone.
What's in the weekly report?
A comprehensive score combining your injection adherence, fasting completion, weight trend, protein intake, and exercise minutes, along with personalized insights.
Subscription & Billing
What's free and what's Premium?
All core features are free with ads: GLP-1 tracker, fasting timer, weight tracker, protein tracker, Zone 2 monitor, and weekly reports. Premium removes ads and adds cloud backup.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their policies. Contact them directly through your purchase history.
Account & Data
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored locally on your device by default. Premium users can enable cloud backup for cross-device sync.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings > Data Management > Reset All Data.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Settings > Export Data to download your records as a CSV file.
