1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ShotDay ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ShotDay is a personal health tracking application designed to help users manage their GLP-1 medication schedules, fasting routines, weight records, protein intake, and Zone 2 exercise. The App is intended for personal use only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: ShotDay is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice.

  • The App is a personal tracking and reminder tool only
  • Always consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication
  • Do not change medication dosage or schedule without doctor approval
  • Injection reminders are for convenience only and should not replace professional medical guidance
  • The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

4. User Accounts

  • You may create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information
  • One account per person

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • ShotDay offers free features and a premium subscription ("ShotDay Premium")
  • Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Prices are displayed in the App before purchase
  • Payment is charged to your App Store/Play Store account
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law

Free Trial: New users may receive a 7-day free trial of Premium features. No payment is charged during the trial. Trial does not auto-convert to a paid subscription.

Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment for permanent access to Premium features. Non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6. User Content and Data

  • Health data (weight, fasting, injection records) is stored locally on your device
  • Premium users may opt into cloud backup via Firebase
  • You retain ownership of all your personal data
  • You can export or delete your data at any time via Settings > Account

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to App systems
  • Use the App to provide medical advice to others

8. Intellectual Property

ShotDay, its logo, design, and content are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties
  • The developer is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of the App
  • The developer is not liable for data loss, though reasonable measures are taken to prevent it
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

10. Termination

  • You may stop using the App at any time
  • You may delete your account via Settings > Account > Delete Account
  • We may terminate access for violation of these terms

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the App.
